Team Assembly
Find the right people for your project. We identify and approach architects, designers, and contractors, solicit proposals and bids, coordinate walkthroughs, and help you compare scope, pricing, and availability. We can work with your existing team or help build one from the beginning.
Preconstruction Planning
Turn ideas and proposals into a coordinated plan. We help clarify scope, identify gaps between proposals, and coordinate design and budget decisions before construction begins.
Owner’s Representation
Have someone looking after the owner’s side of the project. We track budgets and schedules, review payment requests and proposed changes, coordinate outstanding decisions, and follow up on open items throughout construction.
Engage us for team assembly and preconstruction alone, or continue with representation during construction. We work alongside your architect, designer, and general contractor, with an agreed scope and budget before work begins.

Coleman Project Partners is led by Ethan Coleman, whose background spans large-scale residential development, multifamily renovation, and commercial construction.
His experience includes leading complex projects from early planning through completion, assembling design and construction teams, and overseeing budgets, schedules, and changes. He brings that broad perspective to residential renovation—with the personal attention of a small, owner-led firm.
Having also managed the full renovation of his own family’s Montclair home, Ethan understands both the practical demands of construction and the personal investment involved in changing the place you live.
Clients work directly with Ethan for thoughtful advice, clear communication, and consistent follow-through.
